Mr. Kaufman’s career spans nearly 15 years in the online advertising industry. Having launched one of the largest advertisement-supported financial web sites in 1996, Mr. Kaufman developed the first syndicated content-based ad network online. His activities have followed the control of media spend from publisher to advertiser. He has worked on both sides of the transaction, servicing buyers and sellers with SAAS technologies and he has facilitated the transaction between buyer and seller through exchanges and networks. Mr. Kaufman has maintained a pivotal role throughout the dynamic evolution of branding online, the ongoing development of emerging technologies; and is instrument to the industry’s current emphasis on direct response.
Currently, Mr. Kaufman is consulting for early-staged, venture-funded online media and technology companies with a need for establishing a clear market vision and identifying executable objectives that collectively achieve real, scalable growth.
